Covid-19: Let’s Play a Game to Reduce Stress



World Health Organization (WHO) and various research studies recommended social distancing and self isolation because of Pandemic i.e. Coronavirus (Covid-19) are the best tools we can do right now to decrease or minimize the risk of spreading the virus in our communities.  But, both social distancing and self-isolation can be really stressful for the people.  While, as per study of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) following people may respond more strongly to the stress of a crisis:


1.  Older people and people with chronic diseases that put them at higher risk.

2. Children and teens.

3. People who are helping with the response to COVID-19, like doctors,  Nurses and other health care providers or first responders

4. People who have mental health conditions, including substance abuse



Furthermore, according Centers for disease Control and Prevention  instructions, even if you don’t fall into one of those categories, being cooped up in your house isn’t always easy.

  • Don't touch your eyes, nose or mouth.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes with your elbow or tissue.
